Payments
Fees, invoicing, and taxes follow the commercial terms in your agreement. Late payments may incur suspension of work as permitted by contract.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The PatchWork™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate according to the termination provisions in your contract. Website use may be restricted if you violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
